Billing Terms of Use & FAQ'sUse of any Altos Trading products or services indicates that you agree to comply with the Terms and Conditions stated within this document. You understand and acknowledge that you have the ability to receive email alerts. In addition to receiving the alerts by email, premium subscribers also have access to the website which showcases the current and previous trades.
What types of payment do you accept? We accept credit card payments through Stripe and Paypal. In special situations, we do accept Western Union, wire transfers, or personal checks.
What is the billing process? When you sign up for any of our recurring subscription plans, you will be billed according to your subscription term. You are billed either by calendar month for monthly subscriptions, every three months for quarterly subscriptions, every six months for special six month subscriptions, or annually for yearly subscriptions from the date of purchase until you decide to cancel the service.
Your subscription will automatically renew unless we receive written notice to cancel the service within 48 hours of the renewal. You may also call us toll free at 800-895-9348 or use the cancellation page referenced in the Member's Area. There is not a grace period after a subscription is renewed to receive a full refund. However, a pro-rated refund may be given if user decides they do not want the product they purchased or renewed. Any remaining balance that is uncollected due to insufficient payment, stop payment, or dispute may be sent to collections and may have adverse effects on the member's personal credit.
What Is The Stock Alert Service Billing Process? There are no monthly subscription fees tied to the BuyZone Stock Alert Service. Subscribers are charged $39 per winning alert, provided the subscriber opts in and acknowledges they want access to the alert. Alerts qualify as a winner if the difference between the entry & the exit price is at least $1 per share. If a subscriber, opts into an alert that does not reach the profit target provided in the alert, there will not be a $39 performance fee.
Can I switch subscriptions? You can cancel any subscription and start a new subscription, but we cannot make this switch for you internally. You can upgrade or downgrade your subscription term at any time. It is required that you contact us at least 48 hours prior to renewal to prevent double billing.
What is the cancellation policy? Customers can cancel their subscription at any time. To cancel, we recommend a written request. You can do so by emailing us at support@altostrading.com. You may also call us at 800-895-9348 or use the cancellation page referenced in the member's area. Altos Trading is not responsible for continued subscriptions should a client forget to cancel their account. It is the customer’s responsibility to confirm the cancellation.
What is the refund policy? Altos Trading offers a full refund on Annual and Quarterly subscriptions within 7 days of purchase unless otherwise advertised or notated in the following. Monthly subscriptions, Daily Deal offers, Sale priced items, VIP Memberships and installments, Lifetime subscriptions, Annual upgrades, additional year promotional upgrades, and Lifetime upgrades are non-refundable. Subscriptions from online events or Summits are not eligible for cash refunds unless stated otherwise in the presentation's guarantee. Custom/Individually negotiated subscriptions and license sales are final. TradeTrend subscriptions on TradeStation and ThinkorSwim are non-refundable once the software has been issued. In special unforeseen circumstances where we are not able to deliver the alerts due to technical issues on our end, we may honor full refunds past the return window. Any Annual or Quarterly product or service is refundable via pro-rated store credit after 7 days of purchase. Subscribers who receive a refund on a service may be ineligible to subscribe to the same and/or similar service to prevent abuse of return/guarantee windows. Requests to cancel renewals or for a refund must be submitted by either email or contact form from www.altostrading.com prior to the return window closing (including if it closes on weekends and/or holidays).
What does a Lifetime License Mean? A lifetime license for software or indicator(s) means you do not have to pay any further subscription charges for the product while the platform/dashboard is in service. If a lifetime license for an indicator or dashboard is closed, we will move you over to another platform/dashboard of your choose, if available at no extra charge. Lifetime Access for Trade Alert services are based upon the life of the service and not the individual. See paragraph below about trade alert services which are closed.
What happens if the trade alert service is closed? Altos Trading, LLC reserves the right to modify, combine or discontinue our alert services at any time. If an alert service is discontinued prior to the end of a member's subscription term, the subscriber has the option of joining another active service provided by Altos Trading, LLC at the time. The subscriber also has the option of taking a pro-rated credit to be used towards any other product or service offered by Altos Trading, LLC.
How do the promo code discounts work? Unless otherwise stated in the promotion, the discount codes reduce the order total. In the case of a recurring subscription, the discount applies to the first installment (for example: the first year or the first month). The ongoing subscription recurs at the advertised normal rate for the service.
Can I freeze my account? If you decide to freeze your account, you will have the maximum of 3 months out of the year to return and resume your monthly rate. To freeze your account, please send in a written request to support@altostrading.com.
Does Altos Trading grandfather in old subscription rates? Altos Trading appreciates continued support. Many of our customers have been with us with uninterrupted subscriptions for years and continue to enjoy their old, lower rates. Those grandfathered in will still receive their alerts by email but will not have access to the added upgrades that premium subscribers receive. However, if an account lapses over 30 days the customer will need to re-purchase at current prices.
TRIAL PERIOD POLICYThe trial period is designed as an introduction to our services. If you have already received a trial period from us for a certain strategy – then you are no longer eligible for a repeat of this promotion for the same strategy. You can however partake in trial periods of other strategies but cannot repeat trial periods. Anyone caught breaking this rule will have their subscriptions cancelled immediately and they will no longer be welcome in the service.
Class Action Waiver
Any arbitration under these Terms and Conditions will take place on an individual basis; class arbitrations and class/representative/collective actions are not permitted. THE PARTIES AGREE THAT A PARTY MAY BRING CLAIMS AGAINST THE OTHER ONLY IN EACH’S INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY, AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PUTATIVE CLASS, COLLECTIVE AND/ OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING, SUCH AS IN THE FORM OF A PRIVATE ATTORNEY GENERAL ACTION AGAINST THE OTHER. Further, unless both you and Altos Trading, LLC agree otherwise, the arbitrator may not consolidate more than one person’s claims, and may not otherwise preside over any form of a representative or class proceeding.
